We would plan to take the girls to the zoo on the hottest day of the summer! Good thing the zoo has a splash park about halfway through the zoo for kids to play On Because I think that was our saving grace!

Olivia was too funny. She would fun and stand over these water spouts and let them hit her right in the face. She would jut laugh!
This little one walked around in the water but she wasn't going to let me let go of her...it was a little scary I suppose.
He was my favorite of the day. I haven't ever seen them sit up close to the glass like this and interact with people. If someone would touch the window he would put his hand on theirs. Very cool!
Then after a very long nap, we had dinner on the back deck and watched the cows in the field next door...
It was a hot one, but a good one!
