Easter 2017

9 months

See this little stinker right here?
She's 9 months old now and I can't believe it! Evelyn is such a joy. She is almost crawling now and I can tell she's going to be into everything. She will get into the crawling position and has mastered alternating her hands to get herself crawling, but hasn't figured out how to move her legs yet. I give it a couple weeks until she is on the move!

She loves chewing on spatulas for her teethers. She's got one tooth on the bottom that is poking through so far, but I think she is getting another.

She loves Addison more than anyone in the world. I love to watch when I pick Addison up from school in the afternoons because while she is gone, Evelyn is quieter than when Addison is around. As soon as Addison gets in the car, Evelyn squeals and jabbers to Addison all the way home. Addy is just as eat up with her!

She loves her sound machine when she is sleeping. Specifically the ocean or rain sounds.

She loves to take walks. We usually drop Addison off at school in the mornings and when we get back from carpool there is about an hour until nap time. Most days, that's when we take our walk.

The Easter bunny brought Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? in her Easter basket and it's become one of Evelyn's new favorite books. That and the farm animal book that Mimi and Papaw gave her for Easter.

Evelyn LOVES pickles. Yes, pickles. We put a dill pickle in her net thing that we put fruits and veggies that are still too big for her to chew and she can get the juice/small pieces out of it without choking. She couldn't eat it fast enough.

Evey loves to swing, take baths, snuggle at bedtime, her bottle and food, chewing on spoons, Minni Mouse, pulling hair, being sung to, Barbies (especially Ken), and being outside.

This little girl, her Daddy and her sister sure are my world!
