A peek into Addison's nursery

Addison's nursery is complete and I am really excited to show you the finished product. I love it so much and couldn't wait to show you what it turned out to look like. I must walk in there about 15 times a day just to look because I'm so excited! Here is our baby girl's room...
Looking in from the hallway. The picture frames on the wall will be filled with Addison's newborn pictures once we have them taken.

 Her built-in bookshelf.
Window seat. I still need to make the cornice board that will hang above the roman shade.

Gift from Addison's nanny (my mother-in-law)
We have lots and lots of bows!!

Addison's ultrasound picture on the table beside the rocking chair. Love her so much already!

 Pillows in the window seat
This is just her clothes for up to 3 months. There is a whole other closet with 2 racks that are almost full with sizes that are bigger. She has SO many clothes!
Hooks to hang her jackets on.

Now all we need is our little girl! We are more than ready :)

Showered with more love

Believe it or not, we were blessed to have another shower for Addison yesterday afternoon in Lebanon. Both sides of Mike's family live there, so it made sense for us to travel to them. Fonda, my mother-in-law, and Rachel, my sister-in-law, threw this shower for us and it was amazing! Again, the decorations were great, the food was delicious, the company was amazing, Addison got many great gifts from family and friends and we feel so blessed! I know there are a ton of pictures, but I wanted to make sure Addison has them to look at when she gets older. Fonda and Rachel, thank you so much for all you did for us yesterday and everything you do for us on a daily basis. I am so blessed to call you all my in-laws!
 Addison's initials on her cake.

There's Olivia. She did so great yesterday. Bless her heart, she was passed around like a hot potato and she never cried once! What a good sport!

 YUM!

Reading the book that Mike's Aunt Fran made. She wrote and illustrated the book. The blanket that is on my lap is the other gift that she made for Addy. It's beautiful!

Thanks again for everything you did, Fonda and Rachel. Also, thank you everyone for taking time to come and celebrate our little miracle. It meant so much to have you all there!
