We've taken Addison to the orchard every year but I have to say this year was so much fun. She's at the age where she is interested in so many of the activities and she is independent with some of them. Luckily there is an orchard about 10 minutes from my parent's house and it's got so many fun things to do. The orchard was there when I was small but it's really come a long way since then. Addison was able to ride a pony, ride a train, pick apples and pumpkins, play on playgrounds, take a hay ride and you can even mine for gems. We had a ball and Addison kept telling us that it was awesome and she was having fun. She especially liked picking apples and riding on a pony this year. The owners had 3 ponies giving rides and Addison fell in love with a white one names Princess. Princess also had a pink tail and mane. Fancy, fancy! In fact her wooden rocking horse had now been named Princess and we have to take her on rides around the house on her. I absolutely love taking trips to the orchard in the fall...it's just something about it! So fun!
