Yesterday was a really fun family day. We live a little over an hour from the aquarium in Newport, Ky, so we decided to take Addison there for the day. Being that she loves the zoo as much as she does, we figured she would have a fall. And she did. There isn't much that girl doesn't enjoy! We really liked watching all the small fish, especially a pink one that was in one of the tanks. She always thought that the fish were mad though. Not too sure why. She also touched a turtle's shell. I was thinking for sure that when it was her turn she'd freak out and decide not to do it, but she didn't and she was so proud of herself for touching the shell. I was proud too! We really liked the sea turtles, the crocodile (that thing was huge!) the fish and the penguins swimming in their exhibit. It was definitely a fun filled family day and I was really glad we made the drive to go!
